The AWASOL Newsletter

If you have registered for our newsletter, you have the right to unsubscribe at any time. Please write us an e-mail to info@awasol.com with the keyword: "Unsubscribe from newsletter". We will immediately remove them from the distribution list. You can find more information about the newsletter below.

Subject of data protection at AWASOL

The purpose of the data protection is all personal data. Above all, information about personal and / or factual circumstances of a particular and / or identifiable natural person (in the sense of § 3 - 1 BDSG). This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, electronic mail address or fixed line as well as mobile phone number, in some cases also IP address or other technical data.

Transfer of your data to third parties

If you use personal services from us, it is essential that we collect and store your personal data. These personal services include, in particular, the sending of information material by postal or electronic means, as well as the processing of customer orders, in particular of your orders.

In this context, we ask you for the following consent for the transfer of the data provided by you to third parties:

"I hereby give my express consent that until the revocation, AWASOL GmbH may store and process my personal data (in particular name, address and other contact data) electronically and, if necessary, also for commercial purposes and may pass it on to third parties. I have read, understood and agree to all regulations of AWASOL GmbH regarding data protection. "

Of course, we assure you that if you have agreed to a transfer, we will pass on your data only to the extent necessary to ensure the best possible service. Contact of AWASOL GmbH or our partners can be done with all of your contact data. If you are concerned that our partners do not have the same care in data protection, we can calm you down. Our partners, as well as we, are subject to the legal regulations regarding the personal data as well as the legal obligation to provide information against the authorities.

The scope of the data collection as well as the extent of the data storage

Only a few places require that you provide personal data on our website. However, for some of our services, such as the newsletter or when it is included in our customer file, or for the transmission of information material or other documents, it is necessary to collect this data in order to improve our service for you.

In doing so, we ensure that only the relevant data is used or stored without which a service you require is not possible (eg transferring information).

If you have agreed to a marketing campaign, AWASOL GmbH will use this in the legal framework provided for this purpose. Of course, you can withdraw permission to use your data at any time.

For legal reasons, the so-called double-opt-in procedure must be observed for the registration and maintenance of our newsletter.

This means that they will not receive the newsletter automatically after you have decided to subscribe to our website. Instead, you will receive an e-mail on which you wish to receive a newsletter, a second time. Only then can we take you into our distribution list. Confirmation must be 2 days (48 hours).

It could happen that the confirmation mail ends up in the spam filter. We kindly ask you to check them.

For the newsletter service, we only need your e-mail address. Further data are voluntary, but they are treated in the same way as the e-mail address within the framework of the relevant data protection regulations.

As already mentioned above, the newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time. To do this, please simply send us an informal e-mail with the subject "Unsubscribe from newsletter". Please also indicate for which e-mail address this is to be made. Please mail to: info@awasol.com

Furthermore, § 7 Act against Unfair Competition (UWG) is particularly relevant.

Right of revocation & use rights

As already mentioned, it is necessary for some of our services that you provide us with your personal data and we store and process them internally.

However, you have, of course, the right to your consent to use your data back. You may, without giving reasons, direct us to block or delete your personal data. You can also ask us at any time about the extent of the personal data you have stored. This information is provided free of charge.
